I think there's something wrong with your descriptions. When I said "examine self", I got a description saying I had a penis and testicles when in character creation I said "vagina" and "no".
I gave this a quick play and I've noticed a few issues. First, especially in regards to character creation, capitalization shouldn't matter, especially with things like "both" vs "Both". Second, I found the tutorial a bit frustrating in parts. When Kattie asks you to brew the potion, nothing indicates that you need to give it to her. A simple change in the text string could easily fix this. Also, there should be no reason that you have to 'touch kattie's breasts' multiple times in a row, with no variation in the responses. In a text adventure, that's usually an indication that you aren't accomplishing anything.
I would definitely recommend giving 'The craft of adventure' by Graham Nelson a quick readthrough if you're planning on continuing this.

I do plan to keep working on the game but a short break has turned out much longer then I planned but I will try and have all of these issues, as well as other problems that have been pointed out to me addressed before releasing a new version. With having to 'touch Kattie's breasts' multiple times my aim was that the player then just had to pleasure Kattie enough to the point of orgasm, which can be done with the same action or other sexual actions so with this point I'll be sure to make it more explicit what the player needs to do to progress (make Kattie orgasm), introduce the other sexual actions the player can use, create more variety in the responses to each action, as well as giving indicators as to how close Kattie is to orgasming after increasing her arousal.
